Our knowledge and industry experience spans across multiple disciplines including systems engineering, software development, mobile and satellite system deployments, and policy and regulatory framework development—to name a few.

We are the experts behind developing and deploying DIRBS (Device Identification, Registration, and Blocking System)—the world's most successful technology platform —developed under our leadership as an ex-Qualcomm global lead for the project that has earned the government of Pakistan over $750 million dollars in less than two years of deployment. 

Now, the same team of experts is offering even more powerful products and services under the umbrella of Technokratik Corporation, a Delaware company, with its headquarters in San Diego, California, United States.

We have been educating and assisting governments around the world and the mobile and wireless industry in their aspirations to deploy a technical solution to address counterfeit, illegal, and stolen mobile devices. 

We have been a major contributor to the ITU's Anti-Counterfeiting and Combating Stolen Devices initiatives and are here to offer solutions that are recommended by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and have been successfully deployed.

We believe in partnership and collaboration! We work directly with our customers as well as through our partners to engage with our clients that include governments, regulators, industry associations, network operators, mobile manufacturers, importers, and retailers.
